MikeEats Community
MikeEats is more than desserts — it's a statement. We're a Black-owned business rooted in community, culture, and giving back. Here's what we stand for and who we support.
What We Believe
Every dessert MikeEats sells is a reinvestment in community. When you order, you're supporting a Black-owned business that gives back.
We believe in lifting the next generation. From local youth to girls across Africa — education changes everything.
The Black community deserves culturally competent mental health support. We're proud to spotlight organizations doing that work.
Ubuntu — I am because we are. MikeEats was built on that principle. Support Black businesses. Support each other.
Give Back
If MikeEats has ever brought sweetness to your life, consider passing that energy forward. These two organizations are doing real work in our community.
Fighting for Black lives, dignity, and justice
Black Lives Matter is a global movement fighting against anti-Black racism and police violence. Their foundation funds Black-led organizations working on healing, justice, and systemic change across communities.
Over 100 years fighting for civil rights
The NAACP is America's oldest and most powerful civil rights organization, fighting for political, educational, social, and economic equality for all. Their legal defense fund and advocacy work has shaped American history.
Mental health support for Black youth & families
The Black Youth Helpline provides free, culturally sensitive mental health support and crisis intervention for Black children, youth, and families across North America. They're on the front lines every day for our community.
African women-led — educating girls, transforming communities
CAMFED (Campaign for Female Education) is an African women-led nonprofit that supports girls' education and young women's leadership across sub-Saharan Africa. Every dollar goes directly to breaking the cycle of poverty through education.
MikeEats does not handle donations — links go directly to each organization's official donation page.
"A child who is not embraced by the village will burn it down to feel its warmth."
— African Proverb
That's why we invest in our youth. That's why we support organizations that wrap arms around the next generation.
