All orders are made to order and require at least 48 hours notice for standard requests. Rush orders (24–48 hour turnaround) are available for an additional fee. Orders are not considered confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from Mike.
Prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at checkout. All transactions are non-refundable once preparation has begun. Estimated totals may be adjusted based on customizations confirmed during follow-up.

Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. While we do our absolute best to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please mention any allergies in your order notes.
Pickup is always free at a mutually agreed time. Delivery is available for a distance-based fee (typically $5–$20), which will be confirmed during order confirmation. Delivery address must be provided in order notes.
When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address to send you updates on new flavors, seasonal specials, and promotions.
We use your information to process orders, send order confirmations, track deliveries, and communicate with you about your order. If you're on our email list, we'll send you occasional updates and special offers. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card details. Your payment information is protected by industry-standard encryption.
